The Problem
The client needed their website to better reflect the experience guests have on arrival. The existing site felt dated, hard to navigate, and did not match the quality of the beachfront apartments or the expectations of modern travellers. This project focused on guiding the client toward clarity. The structure, messaging, and visual flow were reshaped to help guests quickly understand the offer, feel confident in their choice, and move naturally toward booking or enquiry.
The main challenge was perception. The previous site undersold the property, created friction during exploration, and made it harder for guests to trust what they were booking before making contact.
This mattered because first impressions influence booking decisions. Confusion or hesitation at this stage risked lost enquiries, increased reliance on third-party platforms, and reduced control over the guest journey.
