The Problem
Kurcow Farm needed a website that clearly represented the full scope of what they offer. The previous experience made it difficult for visitors to quickly understand the farm’s purpose, activities, accommodation, events, and education programs as a connected whole. This project focused on bringing clarity and structure to a diverse offering. Content and layout were reshaped to tell a cohesive story, explain each part of the experience clearly, and help visitors confidently choose how they want to engage with the farm.
The main challenge was complexity. Kurcow Farm offers multiple experiences, but the information was fragmented, which made it harder for visitors to understand what was available and where to start.
This mattered because confusion slows decisions. When visitors cannot easily see how experiences fit together or what is relevant to them, it creates hesitation and reduces enquiries across bookings, education, and events.
