1. Scope of Work

Before any project begins, we will agree on a written scope outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

If new tasks or features are requested during the project that fall outside the agreed scope, we will provide a separate quotation and obtain written approval before proceeding. We do not proceed with additional work without confirmation, and we do not introduce unexpected costs.

2. Payment Terms

Our standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Final files, source files, and live website access are released once the final payment has been received. Late payments exceeding 7 days may result in a pause to the project timeline.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, typically 2–3 per phase depending on scope.

Revisions are intended to refine the approved direction, not restart the project. If feedback results in a significant change in direction after approval or finalisation, we may provide a quotation for the additional work required. We will always confirm this with you before proceeding.

4. Timelines & Deadlines

We work efficiently and follow a structured timeline agreed at the start of the project.

Meeting deadlines depends on timely feedback, content, assets, and approvals. If these are delayed, the timeline will adjust accordingly.

5. Ownership & Rights

Once the final payment is received, you own the final deliverables.

This includes designs, code, brand assets, and documentation we create for your project. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio, case studies, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing before we start.

6. Communication

We primarily operate through structured written communication to maintain clarity and accuracy.

We aim to respond to project communication within 24–48 business hours. If meetings are required, they will be scheduled in advance.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time. In this case, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.

8. Liability

We guarantee delivery of work as outlined in the agreed scope and in line with professional standards.

We are not liable for indirect damages, issues arising from third-party services (such as CMS platforms, plugins, or hosting providers), or outcomes beyond our control. All work is tested and delivered in good faith.

9. Confidentiality

All information you share with us, including strategy, visuals, product details, and internal documentation, remains confidential.

We do not share, reuse, or disclose this information without your written permission. If required, we are happy to enter into a mutual NDA before the project begins.

10. Updates to Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before commencement, we may display completed non-confidential work in our portfolio, blog, case studies, or social channels.
