SHANNAE SCLIPPA
Shannae is a devoted admin professional who has impeccable attention to detail. With a positive attitude and organisational approach she has a proven ability to manage creative projects through to completion. Providing exceptional communication and support to our clients is a strong quality that she brings to the business. Alongside her creative abilities, Shannae is a compassionate person who enjoys the pleasure of being able to help people and connect with them on a personal level. From a young age she has been fortunate to discover that she is able to express this through music. As a musician, Shannae discovered her passion for singing at the young age of 5 years old, where she later picked up the guitar at the age of 10 and has been pursuing music ever since. When she is out of the office you can catch her doing what she loves most, spending time with family and performing.
Grace Rosenfeldt
Grace is a creative, versatile and hardworking designer who enjoys working with others as an integral part of a design team, or independently, using a variety of mediums to create successful outcomes.
Her ability to interpret client needs from the initial brief, and her attention to detail, result in eye catching and functional design responses. Grace likes to be involved in the design process from start to finish and enjoys achieving high quality solutions that launch or refresh, and elevate a client’s business. She works in an organised, collaborative manner and is always keen to learn and implement new techniques and skills.
Aside from graphic design, Grace has a wide range of experience across children’s fashion and textiles, product development and illustration. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design from RMIT University. Her wide range of techniques includes original hand drawn patterns, motifs and imagery, using everything from pencil and fine liner, to watercolour painting and photography.
John Israel
John Israel Voola is a full-stack Web Application Developer. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from JNT University. John started his web developer career with open source CMS (Joomla, Drupal and Magento) then shifted to WordPress CMS. He has created a wide range of web solutions from simple one page to complex custom web apps. He has been working in the industry for more than eight years and constantly keeps up with all the latest knowledge and skills. He thrives off learning, embraces the ever-changing digital landscape and aspires to be at the forefront of new technology. When not developing websites, John enjoys playing badminton and spending time with his family.

How we do it
At the commencement of the project, your Project Manager will prepare and provide you with a detailed Project Plan that you can reference throughout the project.
Throughout the project there are several approval points past which additions, alterations, or amendments to that stage will incur additional charges. At each of these points, you will be advised of this and your approval will progress the project to the next step.
